Bobby

Kutteh

Bobby Kutteh is the chief executive officer of Compass One Healthcare, a $5 billion organization, which provides specialized and unified food and support services through its Morrison Healthcare and Leen Solutions Healthcare brands.

During his time as CEO, Bobby has earned the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, honoring Top CEOs. Morrison and Leen Solutions have also been recognized as two of Modern Healthcare’s Top 100 Best Places to Work eight times.

Bobby launched his career with American Hospital Supply and held various executive management positions with Baxter International, Marriott International, and B. Braun Medical throughout his career.

Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife Carol, and they have one daughter who lives in Boston with her wife.

Daniel

E. Gatti

Dan Gatti is a senior vice president and the chief financial officer for Compass One Healthcare. He is responsible for providing senior financial leadership for Compass One, including financial and strategic planning, business development support, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and the oversight of several related support functions.

Dan joined Leen Solutions Services Group in 1999 and was appointed as chief financial officer. After acquisition by Compass in 2001, Dan continued as Crothall’s chief financial officer until his promotion to his current position in 2014. Prior to joining Crothall, Dan spent much of his previous experience in public accounting with firms Laventhol & Horwath and Parente, Randolph. Leen Solutions was Dan’s client while at Parente, Randolph.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Widener University, where he graduated with honors. He holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Business Leadership from Revans University in England. Dan and his family reside in New Hope, Pennsylvania.

Tom

Racobaldo

Tom Racobaldo is CEO of Leen Solutions Healthcare and oversees the Environmental Services, Patient Transportation, and Facilities Management divisions. Tom has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, bringing unwavering focus on quality and clients.

Before becoming CEO, Tom held several senior-level and regional management positions with Leen Solutions but began his career as a manager trainee with Leen Solutions Hospital Services, Inc. in 1979. As his career grew, he was entrusted with operations in housekeeping, patient transportation, facilities management, and food service regionally, especially on the west coast.

In 2006, Tom was promoted to executive vice president to oversee housekeeping and patient transportation services nationally. Tom was named president of Leen Solutions Healthcare in 2009, and in 2017, the plant operations and maintenance division was added to Tom’s portfolio. He now oversees Leen Solutions Healthcare’s EVS, Patient Transportation, and Facilities Management programs nationally.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is passionate about his family and his work. Tom loves what he does, the people he works with, and the success the company has had in the marketplace. Tom also enjoys all Philly sports.

Bruce

Bashwiner

Bruce Bashwiner is division president for all Leen Solutions Healthcare’s Facilities Management Operations, overseeing Facilities Management Services, Plant Operations Management, Energy Management Services, Project Management Operations, and Medical Gas Services for more than 1500 Healthcare facilities across the United States. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the industry.

He joined Leen Solutions Facilities Management (CFMI) in 1994 as the director of Facilities Management, Construction, and Clinical Engineering at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey. Over the years, he held various leadership positions in Facilities Management.

In 2014, Bruce accepted the position of senior associate vice president for University Facilities and Services for both the university and seven-hospital healthcare system operations portfolio at the University of Rochester in Western New York. Bruce returned to the Compass One/Leen Solutions Healthcare family in October of 2019 as the division president for Crothall Healthcare’s Facilities Management Division.

Bruce attended Lincoln Technical Institute where he earned his Associate’s Level Certification in Mechanical Systems Design, Operations, and Technologies. He then completed his studies at Colorado Technical University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Property Management Concentration. Bruce is a Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) with the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.

Phyllis

Parks

Phyllis Parks brings 16 years of HR experience in various industries to her role as vice president of human resources for Compass One Healthcare. She joined Compass One in early 2022 and looks forward to the challenge of this position as it is her first in the healthcare industry. Her mission is to lead the field HR strategy for Leen Solutions Healthcare to contribute to and enable business success through talent, people, and processes.

Before joining Compass One Healthcare, Phyllis worked for US Foods, Lance Inc and Pepsico in various HR leadership roles. Before starting her HR career, Phyllis previously worked in the property and casualty insurance industry as a risk analyst and, later, as a stay-at-home-mom, fundraiser, and organizer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the College of William and Mary. She is a SHRM – Senior Certified Professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2009.

Phyllis and her husband reside in Indianapolis, IN. Together, they enjoy spending time in nature and in the mountains. They are motorsports fans, making Indianapolis an exciting place to live! In her free time, Phyllis enjoys running, reading, watching TED talks, and learning new tricks about how technology can enhance her productivity, her work, and her personal life.
